Shipping Method & Costs
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service, so you can track your parcel every step of the way.
UK Shipping: A flat rate of £5 for all orders.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on Royal Mail's processing times, especially during peak season.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. Stay tuned for updates on future international shipping options.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please check the tracking information. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at hello@egg__east.com, and we’ll help you investigate further.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we are not responsible for any additional charges to re-deliver the package. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
