What are your shipping costs?

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service at a flat rate of £5. This includes tracking and delivery within 2 business days of dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 48 hours. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, so you’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use that number to track your parcel online via Royal Mail's website.

Can I return an item?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return window. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please make sure the items are unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached. Return postage is at your own cost, and we recommend using a Royal Mail Tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

How do I return an item?

1. Contact us at hello@egg__east.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  1. Pack the item in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  2. Ship it back via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked at a cost of £5.

Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Ee can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, as the order may already be processed, but we will do our best.

What if my order is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
